Proof? In the Be the Boss Network business directory, they listed Empower Network and rated it with 2.5 stars!!!

Be the Boss Network makes money from premium membership of the third party companies on their listings. So they don’t give much care if a business opportunity is a scam or not.
Also, Be the Boss Network through its Privacy Policy clearly states that the information you provided them can be sold to third parties.
