The personalities behind 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle and Online Entrepreneur Academy are being served in the grounds of:
- Performing illegal telemarketing robocalls.
- Illegal live phone calls and text messaging.
- Selling fraudulent money-making opportunities.

A court in California granted the FTC’s request for a restraining order and an asset freeze towards the defendants.
The FTC named the defendants:
- Alex Dee (aka Alex S. Dowlatshahi),
- Jerrold Maurer (aka Jerry Maurer),
- Brian Kaplan and,
- John Bain.
The four are said to be the immediate personalities behind the 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle business opportunity.
The June 12 lawsuit was filed against:
- 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle LLC ,
- OEA LLC (Online Entrepreneur Academy),
- Kappy Enterprises LLC,
- JL Net Bargains,
- Spirit Consulting Group and others.

What Is The 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle
The 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle (8FDL) is a multi-level marketing company that sells high-ticket affiliate programs thru different sales funnels.
A few companies that I can think that do the same thing are AWOL Academy and MOBE (the upsell product for the MTTB)
The company’s official website provides no information to the public regarding the personalities behind 8FDL.
You will only find an affiliate login form like the image in the right.

However, as I mentioned earlier, the FTC identifies John Bain, Alex Dee, Brian Kaplan and,Jerrold Maurer to be the personalities behind this company.

8 Figure Dream Lifestyle Products
The company has no products nor services.
When you join 8FDL, your only source of income will be to recruit other people and convince them to join the company.
Other than promoting the 8FDL affiliate membership itself, there is no other income source for the members.
This is a major red flag.
Compensation Plan
8FDL operates using a Gift MLM compensation plan. The same was used by the Global Dream Network.
As an affiliate, you will get 100% commission on all the membership fees of your downlines.
And similar to the Global Dream Network, 8FDL members will gift money to each other via a pass-up compensation model.
There are five cash gifting tiers within the 8FDL compensation plan. This represents the five different product packages that the company sells.
An affiliate will be only able to earn commissions depending on the membership package that the person uses to register.
If you join with the basic package, then your maximum potential earning would be $2,000.
When anyone from your team purchases a higher level package, the excess commission will proceed to the next highest rank above you.
On the other hand…
If you join the program with the highest membership package, the VIP, you will not pass any money gift payments from any of your downlines.

$2000 – Basic Package
This is the most basic package that you can buy if you want to join 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle.
This package include:
$3500 – Builder Package
$6000 – Advanced Package
$12,000 – Pro Package
$21,000 – VIP Package
This is the most expensive membership package that you can buy.
This package include:
- Bonus: When you buy this package, you keep all the gift payments from your downlines. You will not need to pass up anything.
Apart from the package cost, you will also pay a one-time license activation key for each membership tier.

Is 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle A Scam
Well, based on the current developments, the FTC and other authorities have identified 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle as a scam.
The FTC cited that:
“The Defendants who have promoted the 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle scheme have claimed that typical consumers with no prior skills or experience will earn $5,000 to $10,000 in 10 to 14 days, and earn $10,000 or more on a consistent basis within 60-90 days of buying into the program.
They have touted 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle as a “franchise-like” opportunity and told consumers that they need only follow Defendants’ “proven business model” or “blueprint for success” to make money.
These Defendants have made unlawful robocalls or caused others to do so in an attempt to attract new victims to the 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle program.”
