Turn Any Passion or Interest Into a Six-Figure Online Business

To give you a better insight, I decided to sign up and register as a Get it Free user.

I tested the site, and I will share my actual experience on this Get it Free review. If you wish to learn everything about this site, I suggest that you take your time to read the entirety of this article.

However, feel free to skip on the sections that interest you the most.

What Is Get it Free

On its official website,, Get it Free claims to be the best go-to site if you wish to save money and get free stuff at the same time.

If you become a Get it Free user, you will have a chance to get things for free (freebies), earn discount coupons, get exclusive purchasing deals, and participate in sweepstakes (raffles).

The Get it Free website also has entertaining videos and educational blogs such as:

Company and Owner

Nothing is revealed about the personalities behind this platform. But the domain has been created way back in 2011.

How Does Get it Free Work

There are six category tabs in the Get it Free site navigation bar. Clicking these tabs will take you to the offers and deals that Get it Free has for that specific category.

There is no sign up required, and you can access the offers immediately.

However, to be able to redeem the rewards, you must complete some requirements and the tasks provided by the third party entities that host the offers.

And if you want to receive offers in your mail, you can sign up to the Get it Free email newsletters.

You have to provide a valid email address, your personal information, phone number, and answer some online surveys as I did. But more on this in a moment.

For now, I will discuss each of the six categories and what you can expect to get in the next sections of this Get it Free review.

#1 Freebies

This category contains free samples of brand-name products. You will also have a chance to earn a gift card and other freebies depending on the third-party site that hosts the offer.

Click on the freebie offer that you like and earn it by completing one or more tasks required.

Most of the time, the tasks would require you to like social media pages or share some promotional posts. Just follow the instructions, and you can redeem the reward once you completed the task.

#2 Coupons

These are your usual coupons that often provide discounted rates for particular items. Most of the time, they would have a purchase requirement like in the image above.

But sometimes, some coupons won’t ask you to buy anything. Just click on the offer that interests you and simply follow the instructions so you can redeem it.

#3 Deals

In the Deals category, you will find brand-name products of great discounts rather than freebies.

For example, as I was writing this Get it Free review, the site offers 42% off on a bamboo utensil drawer organizer, 40% on light bulbs and 25% on laundry detergent.

There are also other discounted products such as appliances, groceries, home decors, and even services such as massage.

#4 Sweepstakes

Get it Free gives you access to several sweepstakes and raffles available in your area. You can win sunglasses, appliances, gift cards, and even trips and cars.

Again, you just have to click the offer that you like, follow the instructions, and complete the required tasks to redeem your reward.

Well, in this case, this is a chance to participate in a raffle so there’s no guarantee that you will win.

What you will get is an entry to the contest, and if you’re lucky enough, you might win!

#5 Videos

This section contains random cute videos to entertain you.

You won’t get anything free or a discount watching these videos, but you could use some for entertainment.

#6 Blog

This contains educational blogs like how to make extra money, financial advice, travel destinations, and more.

My Actual Get it Free Experience

So, I decided to try if I can get some free samples with Get it Free.

I sign up for the email newsletter, and after I provided my personal information, I found myself in a survey form.

The questions are random, and I am guessing they have something to do with the third-party brands and companies that Get it Free is promoting on their site.

I managed to complete the survey, and I was delighted to see that I qualified for a $1,000 Walmart gift card.

You have no idea how happy I was.

But as I clicked “Get My Rewards,” I got an error message.

As it turns out, you have to be stateside to be able to redeem your rewards.

So if you are not residing in the US at the time you are reading this Get it Free review, then there’s no point to spend your time on this site.

But that’s not all!

Immediately after completing the survey, I started receiving third party emails in my inbox.

One of which is from Vindale Research, a GPT site much like PrizeRebel.

I have nothing against it first but then, more email came within the following hours. A few are filtered in my spam folder.

At this moment, I got the idea why many people are saying bad things about this site and why other people are calling Get it Free a scam.

The Ugly Truth About Get it Free

While Get it Free is not an option for me to get freebies, discounts, or raffle entries, I decided to take a look around to see what other people say about this site.

Out of 259 Get it Free reviews by users on Trustpilot, 58% rated it excellent while 28% says it is terrible.

For the bad reviews, most people are saying the same thing - that they have wasted hours not to get anything at all.

Another thing that users complain is that they often receive spam emails and unwanted sales calls after providing confidential information to Get it Free offers.

In Better Business Bureau, Get it Free has 35 complaints and an F rating.

In the most recent unanswered complaints in the site, users are saying the same things like not receiving any form of compensation or getting unwanted sales calls and emails.

Meanwhile in sitejabber, Get it Free received 209 reviews, and most of them are positive, only 60 are 1 star.

The most complaints by users are also about not getting their rewards and getting tons of spam emails.

In another customer review site called Pissed Consumer, Get it Free has 59 negative reviews.

Moreover, out of 3.5M+ people who liked the Get it Free Facebook page, only 3 shared their opinions, and the page has an abysmal 2.3 rating.

I repeat, out of the millions of followers, only 3 cared to shared their opinions about Get it Free. Clearly not a good sign!!!

Is Get it Free a Scam

I have reviewed hundreds of companies before, and I didn’t come across one that doesn’t have a single bad review. No matter how good your services, products, or business are, there is no pleasing everyone.

There will always be some people who complain even against legit sites and companies.

However, I cannot say the same for Get it Free.

Across multiple review sites and platforms, there seems to be a consistent and common complaint against this site. That some people didn't get their rewards and others got flooded with unwanted sales calls and spam emails.

I wouldn't call Get it Free a scam, but base on the experiences of many people, I doubt it is worth your time.

Can You Make Money With Get it Free

Unlike most of the reviews I’ve written in here, Get it Free review is different since this is not about a business opportunity and you cannot make money with this site.

There are a few GPT sites I know that similar to Get it Free in the sense that they will not pay you money for your time and effort. I can remember two on the top of my head which are Nicequest and Bizrate Rewards.

With all that said, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend time on this site.

As you can see above, there are too many bad user experiences regarding this site. I'm worried that just like me, what you will earn in the end are spams and unsolicited calls.

But hey, it is not my place to tell you what to do with your time. If you feel that Get it Free deserves a chance, you can check out the site here.
