You just have to join, set it up, wait for commission alerts on your email, and cash out!
Who wouldn’t want that? I know I do.
Now, let me officially start by saying 12 Minute Affiliate is not a scam, but it is guaranteed that you WILL NOT make money in 12 minutes.
I am pretty sure you are smart enough to know that.
So in this 12 Minute Affiliate review, I will discuss how this program works, how you can earn money, and what are the pitfalls in joining this kind of business. Let’s get started.

There is little to no educational value to this program and your income will greatly rely on you buying leads through a strategy called paid traffic generation.

But because of how the traffic generation of 12 Minute Affiliate is set up, there is no guarantee that the leads you’ve paid for will convert into sales. What is the 12 Minute Affiliate?
The 12 Minute Affiliate is a Done-For-You (DFY) affiliate marketing program created by Devon Brown.
It acts more as a sales funnel to promote affiliate products in 3 niches – Home Business, Weight Loss, and Personal Development.
It is important to note that 12 Minute Affiliate doesn’t pay you by enrolling new affiliates.
They will pay you only when a product is sold and the amount you earn will depend on the affiliate product that your lead buys.
Devon claims that with 12 Minute Affiliate, you can earn as much as $398.50 per sale!
The beauty of DFY programs is you will not need to think about backend stuff like creating your website, sales videos, offers, campaigns, writing copies, creating products, etc.
But, the downside is, you’ll be buying advertisements (which could cost a lot) to get people into the sales funnel.
And, when more and more people are using the same funnel, promoting the same capture pages and marketing content, the law of diminishing return applies – it becomes almost impossible to make sales.
The same concept (which can be evidence) can be seen with other similar programs like Yoonla, Earn Easy Commissions, Global Affiliate Zone, and many others.
These DFY systems don’t last for a long time, and that’s why you’ll see these programs changing names over and over again.

As I was checking out the 12 Minute Affiliate, I can’t shake the feeling that I’ve seen the same program years before.
It was then that I realized it resembles the old affiliate program called Easiest System Ever.
The sales page layout of both is almost identical, and even the amount of the “advertised” commissions is the same.
12 Minute Affiliate (12MA)

And when I checked who was the creator of the latter, its none other than Devon Brown!
Furthermore, if you visit easiestsystemever.com, it is now used to drive traffic to 12MA.
My guess is that the hype around ESE has died out, and now Devon is trying to stay “relevant” and keep the business alive with 12MA.
Well, what do you think?
It’s not that there’s something wrong with that, but it just proves my point that this kind of business doesn’t last long.
Whether 12 Minute Affiliate is the exact reboot of the Easiest System Ever, only Devon knows.
But if it is, then what of the previous affiliates of ESE?
I’m guessing they have to register to 12MA as new members and pay and affiliate fee once again.
What if the same thing happens with 12 Minute Affiliate, are you going to register and pay another fee to whatever latest program Devon promotes in the future?

Who is Devon Brown?
It’s always a good sign when the creator of a business program is a real person.
What I mean is you can find more information about the person on the Internet, aside from the obvious hyped-up company profiles and or sales videos.
Devon Brown (aka @TheDevonBrown on most of his social media accounts) is a real person with real followers and legitimate social media presence on Facebook and Instagram.
He appears to be a professional emcee, inspirational speaker, hip-hop dancer, edutainer (educate AND entertain), and of course, a successful Internet marketer.
However, while Devon Brown is no doubt a successful Internet marketer, I feel the bold claims he makes about 12 Minute Affiliate are quite misleading.
How does 12 Minutes Affiliate Work?
Devon makes it sound so easy on his sales videos, and while it is, it comes with serious pitfalls.
Nevertheless, as an affiliate of 12MA, you just have to set it up, drive traffic to your capture page, and you can “start earning money within 12 minutes” if you can get people to buy any of your affiliate products.
The DFY system takes away all the hard work and allows you to just focus on driving traffic (sending people to the automated system) into your capture page.
How to make money with 12 Minute Affiliate?
1. Create an Affiliate Account
You will be asked to create an affiliate account in JVZoo, Warrior+ Plus, and ClickBank. However, their system is promoting ClickBank products, so it makes sense to focus on ClickBank.
2. Set Up Auto-Responder
Auto-Responder is the tool that allows you to build your email list and promote your affiliate products on auto-pilot.
You’ll also get 80 to 240 pre-written emails that you can import to your autoresponder. There are a variety of Auto-Responders out there but the 12 Minute Affiliate uses AWeber.
AWeber is not a free tool, so this is an additional cost for you. The cheapest option is $19/month.
Don’t worry if you have no idea how to set up an Auto-Responder tool because a step-by-step instruction will be provided to you.
You also get an option where you let a 12 Minute Affiliate team set it up for you, but it usually takes 24-48, according to Devon.
3. Activate Your 12 Minute Affiliate Funnels
The 12MA comes with pre-designed funnel pages specially designed for each of the three niches – Home Business, Weight Loss, and Personal Development.
Just select a template and personalize them to your heart’s content.
These funnels are hosted on the 12MA website included in your account, so you don’t need to set-up a hosting service.
And like the Auto-Responder, this comes with step-by-step instruction and an additional option where a team will do it for you.
4. Get DFY Traffic
Traffic is the bread and butter of any online business program, and the same is true with 12 Minute Affiliate.
Like I mentioned earlier, your income in this program will depend on the traffic you can get, and that is tricky.
What’s interesting about this program from other DFY system is Devon added a feature where you can get traffic (paid) for a specific niche you choose.
In Devon’s sales video, he described this as getting traffic as easy as ordering a pizza. This is not free, though, and this is an additional cost on your part.
You can get traffic specific to the niche of the affiliate products you are promoting and you can choose how many you want depending on your budget.
Set it up and wait for commissions.
That’s all you need to do to make money with 12 Minute Affiliate.
But while it does sounds really easy and efficient, there are downsides of this program that you should know about.
The Ugly Truth About the 12 Minute Affiliate Program
1. Pay to Play System
The DFY system of 12 Minute Affiliate is a “pay to play” system.
This means that you’ve got to pay money to join this program and spend more money to earn a better income.
The 12 Minute Affiliate has 2 different membership tiers, the Basic and the Gold.
Each membership level offers different features and perks. But the main difference between the two is the number of niches you can use in your business.
With the Basic membership, you’re only allowed 1 niche of your choice; Gold membership allows you to get access to all 3 niches.
Each niche has corresponding affiliate products, so the more niche you can access, the better for your business.
With more products to promote, you’ll get more chances of sales, thus higher income potential.
2. Expensive Membership Fees and Hidden Costs (You could easily lose money)
12 Minute Affiliate is letting you “test drive” their product for 14 days for $9.95.
If you like the product, you will then have an option to continue using the product.
- Basic membership – $47 per month or a one-time fee of $397.
- Gold membership – $97 per month or a one-time fee of $797.
But keep in mind that aside from the two membership levels, you will also need to spend money on email autoresponder.
AWeber costs $19/month for your first 500 subscribers.
Not to mention you have to spend money every now and then to buy leads for your business.
3. 12 Minute Affiliate Relies On Paid Traffic
One of the biggest issues Internet marketers (both beginner and veteran) struggles online is how to get enough/the right traffic.
But because everything in 12 Minute Affiliate is done for you, as they say, you won’t learn much traffic generation except buying leads (solo ads). Which is a big mistake.
DFY system like 12 Minute Affiliate encourages traffic buying, so if you don’t have the budget to afford it, this program is kind of useless.
Unless, of course, you know how to generate traffic for free!
Another concern about the 12 Minute Affiliate DFY Traffic is that while Devon claims that they will give you niche-specific traffic, you have no way of knowing their source.
Basically, they will be the one sending solo ads to you (solo ads is an obsolete strategy by the way) so you wont know how those solo ads provider get their traffic, making it difficult to market to the right target audience.
Therefore, there’s no guarantee that the traffic you get and pay for will convert to sales. Remember, there are no refunds on paid traffic.
One tip in getting solo ads is you need to find a trusted seller. Don’t buy solo ads from just anyone.
Without the proper knowledge, buying leads is not only costly but could quickly put you under if you don’t know what you are doing.
And as much as I don’t want to give 12 Minute Affiliate a hard time, some people claiming to be affiliates of 12MA even says that Devon is charging extra for paid traffic.
4 Not A Sustainable Business Model
As I’ve mentioned briefly earlier, you could make money with 12 Minute Affiliate at the start while the funnel is fresh.
But while the DFY systems make it easy to run your business, there will be extremely high competition between you and the other 12 Minute Affiliate members.
All of you will be getting (and using) the same landing pages, capture pages, templates, and promoting the same products.
As time passes and more and more people are promoting 12 Minute Affiliate, the capture pages and sales funnel get old and become ineffective.
Having trouble converting leads to sales is inevitable.
And as you already know, when a DFY program like 12 Minute Affiliate loses its popularity, your income will also cease. No sales, no money.
That’s what happened with similar products such as Yoonla and My Online Startup.
Heck, I’m guessing the same thing happened to Easiest System Ever!
Another problem with a DFY program is that it has no educational value in a sense that you can’t be independent.
There is no training available and this programs does teach you about traffic generation or Internet marketing for that matter.

It is also created by a real person (not an actor) who is a successful Internet marketer, and for what its worth, you get some value (a little) for the amount you pay to join.
Furthermore, you will be promoting a ClickBank digital product, and one good thing about it is that they offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Conclusion: Should You Join 12 Minute Affiliate?
Whether you join 12 Minute Affiliate depends on your financial goals, long term objectives, and your budget.
So before you join 12 Minute Affiliate, do think twice and make sure that you completely understand what you’re getting into.
First, you should keep in mind that 12 Minute Affiliate isn’t a long term solution to your financial needs.
Second, you also have to set your expectations straight and not believe that this is a “guaranteed” way to make money. No such program exists.
